Note :- Versatile and open to be posted on other site location in Rajasthan (Barmer /Bikaner) at the time of joining as per project & business requirement even if position is raised for Pugal site project .

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Quality Assistant Manager to be deputed at site for our utility-scale Solar PV projects. The role demands a highly skilled qualified with robust technical expertise, proven field quality management experience, and the ability to enforce international standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The Electrical Field Quality Assistant Manager will be the custodian of all electrical quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities at site, ensuring defect-free execution, long-term asset reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control:




Manage and implement site-specific Electrical QA/QC plans in compliance with project specifications, IEC, IS, and IEEE standards.
Supervise inspection, testing, and commissioning of all electrical installations including PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and transmission systems.
Ensure robust documentation and traceability for all quality records, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Drive non-conformance reporting (NCR) and closure, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Site Execution & Compliance:
Monitor contractor/subcontractor execution of electrical works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
Conduct site audits, inspections, and witness tests for pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
