We are looking for a seasoned Business Development and Operations Manager with proven experience in the manpower outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in business development roles within manpower services and a deep understanding of sourcing and placing high-end professionals across sectors such as banking, healthcare, education, and skilled servicesboth in the UAE and internationally.
This dual-role position combines strategic operations and business development, focusing on building solid client relationships, partnering with recruitment agencies, and delivering customized outsourcing solutions to prestigious organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development & Growth
Design and implement business strategies specifically targeting manpower outsourcing for high-skilled roles like bankers, doctors, educators,
and professionals.
Identify and pursue recent outsourcing opportunities across sectors.
Work closely with leadership to drive growth in line with company objectives and revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clients in sectors such as banking, healthcare, and education.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation, offering tailored manpower solutions.
Understand client pain points and deliver customized workforce outsourcing services to meet their unique needs.
Recruitment Agency & Partner Management
Establish and maintain a solid network of manpower and recruitment agencies, talent acquisition partners, and regional staffing firms.
Collaborate with agencies to source and deploy top-tier professionals for high-value outsourcing engagements.
