Job Description
To create a marketing/sales plan for CTO events, products and services
To carry out own research to identify prospective and potential delegates

and sponsors/exhibitors
To create databases of possible event delegates as well as potential sponsors
To validate and update such databases in consultation with the relevant CTO

Managers.
To sell sponsorships, advertising space, exhibition space, and delegates places

at CTO training events, workshops and conferences
To assist in the development and writing of such short announcements,

production of flyers and other literature that will assist in effective promotion

and sales.
To build relationships with delegates at conferences with the objective of

creating prospects for collaboration between the CTO and other entities.
To assist the relevant Manager and other staff in arrangements for

conferences and other commercial events/meetings, including manning CTO
Display and exhibits at conferences and event sites.
To undertake such other duties as directed by the CEO or the relevant
