Description
As the State Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Fraud Investigation Unit, specifically focusing on OD & TP (Other than Policy & Third-Party) cases. Your primary responsibility is to lead and guide a team of investigators, ensuring productive and effective field visits and investigations. You will be the key liaison between our company and external authorities, including police and hospitals, to facilitate smooth operations and gather critical information.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a team of investigators, providing guidance and support for OD & TP cases.
Conduct field visits, including police station visits, hospital visits, insured visits, and claimant visits, to gather evidence and information.
Perform quality checks on investigation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Analyze OD & TP claims and projects, identifying trends and potential fraud indicators.
Liaise with police authorities and coordinate with investigators to ensure smooth collaboration and information exchange.
Follow up on investigation reports and documents, ensuring timely delivery and completion.
Make calls to insured individuals, drivers, and claimants as needed for case updates and information verification.




Handle Pay & Recover cases, including calling and coordinating with relevant parties.
Assist in police complaint/FIR processes, ensuring compliance and timely action.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all OD & TP investigations.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as criminal justice, law, or investigations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or legal industry.
Robust leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with external authorities.
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing, with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of insurance processes and fraud investigation techniques is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to travel for field visits and investigations as required.
Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for investigation and report management.
