Job Description:
The Cluster Sales Manager – Prime Mortgage is responsible for leading and managing a team of mortgage sales professionals across multiple locations within a designated region. The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring high-quality customer service, and developing strategies to increase market share in the Prime Mortgage segment. The Cluster Sales Manager plays a key role in building solid relationships with customers, real estate partners, and financial institutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve mortgage sales targets.
Drive revenue growth and ensure market penetration in the assigned cluster.
Identify recent business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and referrals.
Collaborate with real estate developers, brokers, and financial institutions to generate leads.
Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Management & Leadership:
Recruit, train,
