n We are looking for an experienced NICE Actimize SAM Consultant with robust expertise in Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) and AML compliance to join our team.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Configure and support NICE Actimize SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) solutions.
n Develop and tune detection scenarios to improve alert quality and reduce false positives.
n Analyze rule performance and optimize transaction monitoring.
n Manage alert lifecycle and support investigation workflows.
n Work with Actimize AIS, RCM, and Risk Scoring Models.
n Collaborate with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to deliver AML solutions.




n Troubleshoot production issues and provide platform support.
n n Required Skills
n n 5+ years of hands-on experience with NICE Actimize SAM.
n Solid knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Transaction Monitoring.
n Experience with Actimize AIS, RCM, and Risk Scoring Models.
n Expertise in configuring detection scenarios, alert tuning, and investigation workflows.
n Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
n Banking/Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
