Job Description We're Hiring | Corporate Credit Analyst | 2–6 Years | Global Banking
n We're looking for Corporate Credit Analysts with robust experience in credit analysis, credit memo writing, and corporate banking to join a leading global organization.
n What we're looking for:
n Key Skills
n n 2–6 years of experience in Corporate Credit Analysis with hands-on experience in credit memo writing.
n Solid expertise in financial statement analysis, financial spreading, ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and business evaluation.
n Experience preparing credit notes, underwriting papers, renewal proposals, and credit appraisal documentation.
n Sound understanding of corporate lending structures, corporate finance, banking products, and credit risk assessment.
n Experience in portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking, exposure review, and early warning indicators (EWS).
n Knowledge of credit policy, documentation standards, governance, and internal controls.
n Proficiency in Advanced Excel; financial modelling experience is preferred.
n Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating with Business, Risk, Legal,



and Operations teams.
n Professional qualification such as CA/CFA/FRM or MBA (Finance) preferred.
n Prior experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Banks, Investment Banks, or Banking GCCs supporting corporate credit functions is preferred.
n n n Location – Bangalore
n Immediate and Short joiners preferred.
