You will be selected to sell either uPVC OR Aluminium Doors and Windows. Your past experience in Building materials sales will be preferred.
Developing Sales through the company's extensive Dealer Distributor Network. Servicing and Growing the same in your territory/State.​​
Implement and monitor policies to achieve targeted sales, and improve market share on a sustainable basis.
Provide ongoing technical and sales service to Channel partners & end customers. Identify market trends & opportunities;
Negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales profits
Educate Dealers to sell high-value / High Margin / Current products to improve Sales Turnover.
In addition, tapping direct Clients through Architects and Builders of assigned areas and generating business through them.
Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales targets. directly and through Team efforts
Meetings F2F with the Target audience on a daily basis to reach untapped areas and potentials.




Creating healthy relations with Recent & Existing partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to clients.
Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.
Learning and Resolving clients' queries and making them understand each & every technical & non-technical aspect of their project.
Attending regular training sessions arranged by the company to understand the technical aspects of our products.
Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.
Focus on both Retail & Project Sales.
Assisting operations in the process of sale orders and payment follow-up.
