Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Taxation Specialist to manage all aspects of our direct and indirect

tax compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Indian tax laws, particularly GST, TDS,

and Income Tax, and be adept at ensuring regulatory adherence and providing expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Tax Return Preparation & Filing: Prepare, review, and ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory tax

returns and related documents, including GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C), TDS returns

(Form 24Q, 26Q), and Income Tax returns.
Financial Data Analysis: Analyse financial data, ledgers, and transactions to ensure accurate tax reporting,





compliance with tax regulations, and proper classification of expenses and revenues for tax purposes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all applicable Central and State tax regulations,

notifications, and amendments related to GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Tax Advisory: Provide proactive and accurate tax-related advice, guidance, and clarification to various

internal departments on operational matters impacting tax implications.
Knowledge Management: Continuously monitor and stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations,

and judicial pronouncements, assessing their impact on the company's operations and compliance.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors for all tax-related

compliances, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Tax Audit & Litigation Management: Independently handle tax audits, assessments, and inquiries from tax
