Experience: 1 to 5 years in education counseling

Key Responsibilities:

Career Counseling:
Provide guidance on educational programs and career opportunities.
Assess students' and professionals' skills, interests, and career aspirations.
Offer personalized career plans based on individual goals.

Student Engagement & Support:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address career-related concerns.
Assist in selecting appropriate courses, certifications, and career paths.
Organize seminars and workshops on career development.

Communication & Coordination:
Maintain robust communication with students, parents,



and institutions.
Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on program offerings.
Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Utilize computer applications for data entry and documentation.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of career counseling practices and education trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.
Passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
