o Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and/or upgrades.
o More than 5 years of experience in working on Financials modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering AR, AP, CE, FA and GL.
o In-depth experience in any or all: General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Payables, Payments, Receivables, Revenue Management, Advanced Collections, Bill Management, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses and Fixed Assets.
o Must have valuable experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.
o Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.
o Better to have Projects (PPM) knowledge
o Familiar with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.
o Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.
o Experience in configuring and supporting reports.
o Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.
o Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.
o Functional and Technical problem investigation skills
o Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
