We are seeking a Manager – Professional IT Application Expert (SAP EWM) to design, build, enhance, and deploy IT solutions supporting Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Labeling operations in a GMP/GxP‑regulated workplace. This role serves as an IT Business Partner for SAP EWM / WM / MM, ensuring solutions meet business requirements while adhering to Lonza standards, policies, and quality requirements. The position contributes to solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement of warehouse management processes and systems, while providing 3rd‑level support for complex incidents and problem resolution in the SAP logistics landscape.

Key Accountabilities
Review and challenge business requirements, advise stakeholders on IT solutions, and translate needs into functional specifications and designs.




Take ownership as (sub‑)project manager or functional lead in initiatives, ensuring delivery in line with scope, timelines, quality standards, and compliance.
Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, align on solutions, and drive decision‑making.
Configure and customize SAP EWM and related logistics solutions, ensuring consistency with global processes and governance.
Define and own functional test scripts, execute functional testing, and support business testing in a GMP‑regulated workplace.
Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities and ensure solutions comply with GMP/GxP requirements.
Prepare training documentation, deliver training sessions, and support knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, development, and authorization teams to deliver IT solutions.
