We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Senior Consultant or Architect to lead and support our HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM and a solid understanding of the hire-to-retire lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive cross-functional product launches and partner effectively with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the hire-to-retire lifecycle within Workday.
Lead cross-functional product launches, ensuring alignment across teams.
Apply deep HR domain expertise to guide system design and implementation.
Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules to meet business needs.
Represent Workday across the broader HR application landscape.




Collaborate with business leaders to align Workday capabilities with strategic goals.
Define and promote best practices and standardization across Workday implementations.
Navigate and thrive in technically ambiguous settings.
Advocate for Workday best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Workday certification is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Workday.
At least 5 years of experience in tenant health and transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to lead complex Workday projects and deliver high-impact results.
