n Skill Requirements
n Technical Skills & Experience:
n n Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in web analytics, data collection, or a related technical field.
n Robust proficiency in JavaScript and deep familiarity with HTML/CSS and DOM manipulation.
n Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Launch (Data Collection), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
n Solid understanding of data layer design, XDM schemas, and event tracking best practices.
n Skilled in using browser debugging tools and network analysis for troubleshooting.
n Experience integrating third-party tags (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) into digital platforms.
n Maintaining up-to-date documentation, governance frameworks, and process adherence for all analytics solutions.
n Experience providing technical direction, mentoring junior engineers, and leading analytics project teams.
n Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align analytics solutions with business requirements.
n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
