Job Description:

We are hiring a Tele Banker in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Tele Banker

Location: RTO Circle, Wadaj, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Qualification: Graduation is a must

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Assist customers with banking queries and account-related services.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain customer records and update necessary information.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow banking policies and compliance guidelines.
Work towards achieving customer service targets and KPIs.

Skills Required:
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
