Technical Capability.

Time allocation per project.
Skill and experience of design database management.
Concept to design to product.

Independently design Machine concept in Solid work Carry out design calculations for Machine elements like gears, belts, structure, linear motion parts, ball screws, weight balancing etc.
Using computer-aided design (CAD) packages to develop ideas and produce designs
Solid work preferred solving engineering problems using mechanical and or electrical principles; building prototypes of components and testing their performance, weaknesses and safety
Taking into consideration changing customer needs and government emissions regulations when developing current designs and manufacturing procedures
Experience in ANSYS stress simulation




Solid works experience essential.
Preferred experience in machine manufacturer of rubber molding, plastic injection molding, hydraulic presses, stamping presses, forging presses, Food and Pharmaceutical and FMCG.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience in design management

Proven ability to design the product effectively.

Ability to build and lead a team; mentor the team members and lead by example.

Self-motivated; having the ability to work without full time supervision.

Solid inter-personal and leadership skills.

Ability to create a qualified, yet lively and fun/enjoyable work culture.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Mechanical /Mechatronics Engineering.
