Job Description:
Coordinate the daily dispatch schedule based on customer orders and production availability.
Ensure the correct picking, packing, and labeling of materials before they leave the premises.
Perform physical verification of stocks against delivery orders to ensure zero errors in quantity or item types.
Maintain accurate, real-time entries of incoming and outgoing stock in the ERP system or inventory registers.
Liaise with external transporters, courier agencies, and freight forwarders to arrange appropriate vehicles.
Negotiate freight rates where necessary and ensure vehicles arrive on schedule.
Monitor vehicle loading operations to optimize space and ensure the protected transit of goods.
Track shipments in transit and provide regular delivery updates to the sales and customer service teams.
