Role Description

This full-time remote role is for a Paid Ads Specialist. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The candidate will also monitor ad spend, conduct A/B testing, and provide reports on campaign results.

Qualifications
Robust knowledge in developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Experience in monitoring ad spend and conducting A/B testing
Experience in analyzing campaign performance and providing reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field




Relevant certifications such as Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus
Experience in SEO and SEM is a plus
Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms, including ad creation, campaign setup, and optimization.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills.
