JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To work on loan underwriting and complete the daily target or assignments.
Have experience in US Mortgage Underwriting.
Working on 4 Cs (Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral).
Knowledge on Income Calculations (Wage, Self Employed and other incomes).
Knowledge on Credit review (liability reconciliations and guideline requirements)
Knowledge on Assets/Capital review with guideline requirements.
Knowledge in LTV, CLTV calculations, PITI and DTI calculations.
Knowledge in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guideline requirements.
Knowledge in Govt. loans (FHA, VA and USDA)
Knowledge on FHA/VA/USDA guideline requirements.
Positive communication skill.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Any degree with US Mortgage Underwriting experience

(Domestic experience is not considered - Australian, UK mortgage experience is not considered )
06.30 pm to 03.30 am - night shifts
Hybrid mode - When ever it is required they are suppose to come to office
Initial training for 2 months will be done at office
Interviews 2 round 1 Hr and 1 operations
