Role Overview
The Service Sales Coordinator will support the service sales and business development function by coordinating sales activities, assisting in lead management, client communication, proposal preparation, and internal coordination. This is a junior,



entry level role designed to build foundational experience in service sales, customer engagement, and commercial operations.
The role works closely with the Lead Service Sales, service delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and effective client support.
Location - Gurugram

Responsibilities
 Sales & Business Development Support:
• Assist in identifying and qualifying service sales leads from various sources
• Support lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation in CRM systems
• Help prepare sales data, market insights, and basic competitor information
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients

 Client Coordination & Relationship Support:
• Support ongoing relationships with existing service clients to ensure continuity
• Coordinate service-related communication between clients and internal teams
