Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Conduct training and development programs for employees
Create and maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and perks information




Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Manage and maintain HRIS system and other HR databases
Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee retention strategies
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the technology industry
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR software
