About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and ownership-driven Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. You'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate books of accounts, timely compliance filings, and seamless financial operations across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
Perform end-to-end reconciliation across website, marketplaces, payment gateways, banks, and ledgers.
Track settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and identify revenue discrepancies.
Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, payment schedules, and vendor coordination.
Process vendor payments through banking platforms and RazorpayX.




Handle payroll inputs, validations, statutory deductions, and payroll records.
Own end-to-end GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within prescribed timelines.
Work directly on government portals including GST, TRACES, and Income Tax.
Coordinate with external auditors and Chartered Accountants during audits and assessments.
Support monthly MIS preparation and financial reporting for leadership.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and strong financial controls.

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or statutory compliance.
Robust hands-on experience with Tally.
Proven experience in end-to-end GST and TDS return filing.
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or high-volume transaction environments is preferred.
