Qualification & Experience:
Commerce Graduate with CA will be given preference and ICWA with relevant experience can also be considered.
Experience of about 15 years and above in Engineering Industry / Pharma Industry.
Valuable working experience of Accounts, budgeting, MIS.
Experience on Direct Taxations.
Knowledge of and company laws.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in SAP.
Key deliverables:
Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly Financial Accounts, MIS & Balance sheet, generate detailed financial analysis of key operational drivers, and highlight operational & financial concern areas.
Working Knowledge of Costing.
Positive knowledge of product costing and cost analysis is essential.
Compliances of legal requirement by company, timely & appropriate payment of statutory dues as well as filing of periodic returns.
Ensure timely payment to supplier on due date.
Ensure good working relationship with Suppliers, Consultants, Statutory and Internal Auditors, Reserve Bank of India,
Customs, etc.
Financial analysis of Accounts MIS package to highlight operational & financial opportunity and concern areas.
Process oriented with focus on improving systems and procedures.
Lead commercial team in coordinating with Corporate IT and external resources for SAP implementation.
Lead the team for continual improvement in systems and procedures and develop highly motivated team members.
