We are seeking a High-Impact HR Qualified with 6–7 years of experience to lead all HR functions at our Halol, Gujarat plant. This role is for a passionate, independent driver who has worked in an MNC environment and can navigate complex HR landscapes without needing a roadmap. You will be the primary owner of HR initiatives, policy development, and plant-level compliance, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
Key Requirements & "Must-Haves":
Experience: 6–7 years of solid HR experience, specifically within a Manufacturing/Plant-based MNC.

Policy Architect: Independently develop, draft, and implement local HR policies and SOPs that align with MNC standards and Indian Labor Laws.
Independent Compliance Management: Full ownership of the Factories Act, Labor Laws, and Contractor Compliance—resolving issues through your own expertise and skilled network.
Network-Driven Results: Utilize external connections (labor departments, local HR forums, consultants) to stay ahead of industry benchmarks and compliance trends.
