This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities




Maintain general ledger activity for management companies, general partners, and related entities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Record and reconcile revenue streams, including management fees, incentive fees, carried interest allocations, and fund reimbursements.
Manage accounts payable, expense accruals, prepaid schedules, amortizations, and intercompany transactions.
Conduct variance analyses and provide financial insights to leadership and department heads.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal planning processes.
Maintain cash flow schedules, monitor liquidity, and assist with treasury functions.
Track and allocate shared expenses across funds and management entities.
Assist with annual audits and financial reviews, preparing required supporting documentation (if required).
