Overview

Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall business strategy in line with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead and oversee all functional areas including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources.
Provide robust leadership and vision to drive the organization towards sustainable growth and profitability.
Oversee financial performance and make strategic decisions to ensure the financial health of the business.
Identify current business prospects, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's presence and revenue streams.




Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to nurture business growth.

Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Business Head or in a similar capacity.
