Description
Role is responsible for evaluating, approving, and managing the credit risk of large corporate borrowers, ensuring sound underwriting standards, regulatory compliance and alignment with the institution's risk appetite.
The role involves working closely with relationship managers, risk officers and product teams to structure, assess and monitor high-value credit exposures.

Responsibilities
Experienced in credit appraisal, structuring, and risk assessment for large corporates and infrastructure sectors (Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Hospitality).
Skilled in financial analysis, due diligence and RBI/regulatory compliance.
Proficient in structuring complex credit solutions, portfolio monitoring and underwriting.
Lead teams, drive risk mitigation, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

CA / MBA with a focus on Finance, Risk Management or Corporate Finance.
Min Exp: 10 years
Max Exp: 15 years
