About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Center Delivery Head to lead and scale our creative delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in creative agencies, a deep understanding of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to elevate the creative process.

As the Creative Delivery Head, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 10+ creatives, driving end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and scaling the team to 50+ in the next 100 days.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Creative Delivery Center, managing timelines, resources, and output quality across campaigns and assets.
Collaborate with strategy, content, design, and media teams to deliver high-performing creative work for D2C clients.
Build and optimize workflows to ensure effective creative production at scale.




Champion the use of AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, etc.) to enhance ideation, design, and production.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor creative talent to build a high-performance team.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring creative expectations and timelines are consistently met.
Constantly iterate on processes to improve turnaround time and creative impact.

What We’re Looking For:
5–10 years of experience in a creative/digital/advertising agency, working with fast-moving D2C brands.
Strong leadership and project management skills with experience scaling teams.
Deep appreciation for design, storytelling, and consumer insights.
Comfortable with AI and automation — sees them as tools for enhancing creativity, not replacing it.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, growth-driven environment.

Nice to Have:
Experience in performance-driven creatives for Meta, Google, or Amazon Ads.
