You hire, mentor, and guide Data Engineers, ensuring engineering best practices are followed, and act as the critical connector between Product Managers, Architects, and Developers.

Delivery & Execution Management
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and commitments to ensure on-time completion
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Identify and remove blockers, escalating issues where needed to maintain flow
Collaboration & Alignment
Act as the key bridge between Product and Engineering teams, ensuring transparent communication of priorities, requirements, and constraints
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to balance business outcomes with technical feasibility
Partner with Architects and Engineering Leads to ensure alignment on design, standards, and long-term maintainability
Quality, Security & Performance
Ensure solutions meet defined quality, security, and performance standards as established by architecture teams
Champion engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
