Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
End-to-end Sales from Lead Generation to Closure.
Evaluate and optimize outreach processes and communication methods.




Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for prospect engagement.
Build robust relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the sales pipeline and lead quality.
Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Oversee the management of CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry.
Prepare reports on sales development metrics and own performance.
Participate in sales forecasting and strategic planning with senior management.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Saas/ ERP/ CRM sales or business development.
Solid understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and goals.
