Job Description:

Reporting to: Assistant General Manager
Job Summary:
This is a full time on-site job, based at Kadi, Mehsana.
The person in charge will be the key member of the Finance and Accounting Team and will work as a
real management accounting supervisor helpful to the Plant Director and Headquarters.

Duties and essential job functions:
Managing financial controllership at the plant level. Monitoring & controlling the plant
performance in terms of efficiency, yield, cost, bottlenecks & contribute effectively towards
improvements
Planning and presenting the annual industrial cost budget of the plant
Variance analysis of budget vs. actual every month, calculating variances and reasons for the
same
MIS reporting of plant performance to the parent company (Cost of sales, product cost, etc)
Responsible for cost center accounting in SAP of the plant, standard cost estimates, variance
calculation,



and actual settlement of production orders in SAP
Responsible for product costing and transfer pricing of inter-company product sales
Initiate and control the activities related to cost control such as material usage pattern, aging of
inventory, liquidation of slow/non-moving inventories, etc.
Prepare and participate in various cost reduction proposals
Attend, facilitate & coordinate matters relating to physical stock taking and inventory valuation
in Internal Audit and Statutory Audit every quarter

Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor of Commerce with M. Com./Inter CMA/Inter CA
Proficient in English, valuable and explicit communication skills, and high proficiency in working on MS Office
Preferred
Having experience in SAP operation of CO and FI Module

Experience:
2 to 5 years at Plant level
