Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Platform Ownership

Own the end-to-end engineering strategy, roadmap, and execution for the BLive Mobility platform.
Architect and build a scalable, modular, multi-tenant SaaS platform integrating Fleet, Charging, Driver, and Carbon modules.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate feature roadmaps into sprint-ready engineering plans.
Drive continuous delivery, code quality, and release discipline for platform reliability and uptime.
Manage system scalability, availability, and cost optimization on AWS Cloud.
Hands-On Development & Architecture

Lead by example — contribute to coding, architecture design, and code reviews where required.
