Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




Proven track record of 6 to 10 years in the tyres industry, with substantial experience in a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing teams.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse workforce.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Deep understanding of tyres products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant business software.
Solid analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
