Budget for plants and monitor actual against the same.
MIS preparation for plants.
Central contact person from F&A; point of view.
Store & Fixed asset control.
Plant level PO evaluation and approval for RM/PM/FUEL & R&M.;
Develop and maintain project/department budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze actual costs against budgeted costs, identifying variances and investigating their root causes.
Prepare regular financial reports on cost performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Conduct cost-advantage analysis to evaluate the financial viability of projects and initiatives.
Implement cost control measures, such as expense controls, procurement strategies, and cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, finance team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination in cost management efforts.
Forecast future costs and financial requirements based on historical data and market trends.
Identify risks and opportunities related to cost management and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
