Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our agile team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals across North America. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry trends, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
Compliance:



Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management as required.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience as a Healthcare Recruiter in North America is required.
Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare roles, credentials, and regulatory requirements is essential.
Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
