Job Description:
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them Real Estate deals.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM Systems.
Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal networks.




Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
Maintain cordial relationships with Builder partners.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Candidate should be aggressive in Sales.
Must be presentable.
Positive/excellent experience in handling HNI Clients/Customers.
Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept current challenges.
Must own a bike/car with valid license & papers for the vehicle.
Should have a focused mind-set for Hardcore sales profile.
