Job Description:

Operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) equipped with Fanuc controllers to produce high-quality products according to specifications.
Execute programming, setup, and operation of VMC machines to ensure accurate machining processes and adherence to production schedules.
Conduct regular machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot issues with VMC machines, such as tooling malfunctions or programming errors, and implement corrective actions to maintain productivity.
Adhere to strict safety standards and procedures while operating VMC machines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following lockout/tagout protocols.
Adjust machine parameters, including cutting speeds, feed rates, and tool offsets,



to meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
Monitor machine operation and performance indicators, such as spindle speed and tool wear, to identify prospects for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Keep comprehensive records of programming codes, machine settings, and production runs for documentation purposes and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other team members, including machinists, engineers, and quality control personnel, to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure product quality.
Participate in training programs and skill development activities to enhance proficiency in VMC operation, programming, and maintenance
