Job Description:
Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client relationships.
Develop strategic influencer marketing campaigns aligned with clients marketing objectives and business goals.
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
Build and nurture solid relationships with influencers, talent agencies, creator networks, and platform partners.
Identify recent business prospects, participate in pitches, prepare strategic presentations, and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, content, media, production, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Mentor, coach, and lead Account Directors, Account Managers, and campaign teams to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure profitability, resource planning, quality control, and timely execution across multiple client accounts.
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, creator economy developments, and industry best practices.
