We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Management Executive to build and maintain robust client relationships.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth prospects, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation.
Achieve account retention and revenue targets.
1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales.
