Experience – 2 to 4 years in Production Dept ( on rubber mould ), in rubber moulding.
3 shifts duty is a must.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the deflashing of all the moulded parts in Cryogenic and AcTON Deflashing Machines.
Should interact with the Production and Quality teams to improve the product quality and efficiency of dispatches.
Should also interact with the Vendors looking after the Post Moulding Operations.
Must be able to lead a small team of temporary employees for all the Post production activities.
Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance of all machines used for deflashing activity such as Cryogenic & AcTON Deflashing Machines and Grinders.
Will be responsible to maintain Machine Utilization Reports of all the machines used in Post production activities.
Responsible to maintain all the records as per Standard.
