Key Responsibilitiesn n Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions with US-based customers.
n Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate resolutions to customer queries.
n Deliver an excellent customer experience while adhering to quality standards.
n Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction.
n Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.
n Meet individual and team performance expectations, including quality and productivity metrics.
n Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.

n Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
n Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone.
n Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
n Ability to work from our Bellandur office.
n Candidates must arrange their own transportation, as company cab facilities are currently not available.
n Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills are preferred.
