Job Summary

The OPEX Specialist will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the manufacturing facility. The role requires hands-on execution of process improvement projects, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver measurable results in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing operations, be skilled in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies, and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to implement solutions and ensure project success.




Facilitate root cause analysis for process deviations, downtime, and quality issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.
Train and mentor shopfloor teams and supervisors on best practices in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Prepare and present transparent reports and dashboards to communicate project progress and results to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on the shopfloor.
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Follow up on action items from meetings and drive timely execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).
5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
