n Role Overview
n We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with parents and students, ensure a seamless learning experience, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
n Build and maintain robust relationships with parents and students.
n Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current customers.
n Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




n Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience.
n Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
n Encourage course continuation and renewals by delivering excellent service.
n Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM.
n Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality targets.
n n Required Skills
n n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
n Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
n Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
n Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
n Comfortable working in night shifts and a rapid-paced environment.
n n Eligibility
n n Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
n 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or a similar customer-facing role.
n Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
