As a senior engineer you should have solid skills in developing object-oriented models and design data structures for current requirements and implementing distributed middleware services. Job Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or related from a top tier college
1- 3 year tier1 experience in developing backend middle services on Java stack.
Well experienced in one or more of the following: Java, J2EE, JMS, JSON, Hibernate, Spring, Oracle, MySQL on Linux/Unix environment
Solid problem solving skills, knowledge of data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis
Prolific coding skills Ability to churn a lot of maintainable well written unit tested code quickly
