Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Project Delivery) to bridge the gap between customers, delivery teams, and product engineering. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, analyzing business processes, collecting operational data,



and preparing To-Be documentation that guides solution design and implementation. You will play a key part in ensuring that engineering customers’ business objectives are effectively translated into software specifications and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Understanding & Analysis
Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather and document functional requirements for engineering software or digital transformation projects.
Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis sessions.
Translate business needs into use cases, user stories, and workflow definitions.
Validate requirements through prototypes or mock-ups when applicable.
Business Process Mapping
Analyze current (“As-Is”) processes within Engineering domains.
Identify process gaps, redundancies, and automation prospects.
Define and document the optimized (“To-Be”) process for software implementation.
Create process flow diagrams,
