n n Drive service sales to meet ₹4 to 7 Cr annual revenue target
n Build and maintain robust client relationships in both public and private sector
n Promote TÜV SÜD's core services including TPI, safety audits, certifications, and process safety.
n Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term contracts




n Manage empanelment and registration processes with key clients and industry bodies.
n Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored, standards-compliant proposals.
n Provide exceptional post-sales support and foster repeat business.
n Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and client need
n n Requirements
n Experience: 5–10 years in B2B service sales or business development in Oil, Gas, Refinery, or Chemical sectors.
n Industry Know-How: In-depth understanding of TPI, NDT, safety audits, certifications, and process safety.
n Sales Success: Proven record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing large accounts.
n Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
n Strategic Planning: Ability to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
n Education: - B.E./B.Tech or M.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
