Job Title: Bakery & Pastry DCDP
As a Demi Chef de Partie (Bakery & Pastry), you will play a vital role in creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight our guests. You will work closely with the Pastry Chef and Sous Chef, contributing your skills to uphold our brand's reputation for excellence. This role offers the perfect platform to sharpen your skills, unleash your creativity, and grow within a agile, supportive setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:




Assist in the preparation of a variety of bakery and pastry items, including breads, cakes, tarts, and plated desserts, ensuring high-quality standards in taste and presentation.
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines, while also contributing creative ideas for new menu items.
Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring all products meet both company and HACCP guidelines.
Support daily mise en place operations and assist in the productive running of the pastry section.
Work closely with senior chefs to consistently improve recipes, techniques, and presentation.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely requisition of ingredients to avoid shortages while minimizing wastage.
Train and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
