Role Description This full time on site role as a Student Support & Admissions Counselor – Life Skills & College Apps involves guiding students through every stage of their university application journey.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students on application strategy, personal development, and goal setting
Stay in regular, proactive contact with all assigned students throughout the entire journey, from onboarding to final submission
Research and curate relevant life skills content, activities, and enrichment prospects suited to each student's profile and target schools
Build and maintain a resource library of activities, summer programs, competitions, and workshops relevant to college applications




Guide students in building a compelling extracurricular and personal narrative for their applications
Provide end-to-end support including essay brainstorming, activity list planning, and interview preparation
Update backend data on portal on courses, universities , scholarship etc.

The role primarily includes responding to student and parent inquiries, maintaining accurate records and progress reports, and collaborating with the internal team to improve advising resources.

Qualifications
Genuinely passionate about education and student empowerment
Robust Interpersonal Communication skills to build trust with students and families, and to explain complex information clearly.
Experience, or background in academic counseling, teaching, or student advising.
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
