POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a skilled Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage our website, implement SEO strategies, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance our brand visibility and generate leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research & Lead Generation
Build lists of suitable prospects and identify possible requirements
Identify decision makers in prospective client firms
Drive client acquisition campaigns and shortlist new sales prospects
Work closely with leadership team

Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute social media strategy across all platforms
Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
Monitor social media metrics and engagement




Manage social media calendar and scheduling

Digital Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
Design and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads)
Create and optimize landing pages
Track campaign performance and ROI
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations

Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics
Create comprehensive reports on marketing performance
Identify trends and opportunities for growth
Make data-driven recommendations for strategy improvements

REQUIRED QUALITFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
Understand and use of websiteaAnalytics
Experience with email marketing platforms
Robust understanding of social media marketing strategies
