A K–12 education services role within the school and academic development sector, focused on delivering outcomes-driven classroom instruction and improving student performance in Mathematics across secondary grades. Role & Responsibilities
Plan and deliver clear, standards-aligned Mathematics lessons for secondary classes (as per assigned grades) that build conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
Create and maintain progressive lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments that track learning outcomes and prepare students for board and competitive exams.
Use formative and summative assessment data to provide targeted feedback, remedial support, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment; implement active-learning strategies and hands-on problem solving to boost engagement.
Communicate regularly with parents and school leadership on student progress, behaviour, and improvement plans; participate in staff meetings and academic reviews.
Contribute to co-curricular activities, school events, and professional-development initiatives to strengthen the academic culture.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics or equivalent and a recognized B.Ed. (or TGT eligibility/certification as per state norms).
Minimum 1–3 years of classroom teaching experience as a TGT or secondary-school Mathematics teacher (on-site).
Proven ability to teach and assess concepts across the secondary syllabus; experience preparing students for board exams (CBSE/State boards).
